What does Parcel Proof record?
Parcel Proof records packing, customer-return and RTO inspection sessions and connects the capture with the relevant parcel scan record.
Will product names and quantities appear during scanning?
When product data is available from the configured courier flow, Parcel Proof shows product names and highlights multi-quantity products so the operator can verify each unit.
Can it warn the team about defective products or customer issues?
Yes. AWB-specific alerts can appear during warehouse unboxing, including defect warnings and custom customer-alert messages configured for that parcel.
How are RTO and return conditions classified?
Operators can tag inspected parcels as GOOD, BAD or OTHER, keeping the result attached to the scan record.
Can recordings be viewed later?
Yes. The cloud dashboard lets authorized users search parcel records and open their associated recordings and screenshots.
Can I export the data?
Yes. Scan data can be exported for reconciliation, claims, analysis and other operational workflows.
Does Parcel Proof support multiple stations and users?
Yes. Multiple users can be assigned to named packing or unboxing stations under the same brand configuration.
